INFORMATION TO THE DATA SUBJECT FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA UNDER ART. 13 LEGISLATIVE DECREE 196/2003 The company named "Mabo S.p.a." hereinafter referred to as "Law Firm", in compliance with the provisions of art.13, Legislative Decree 196 of 2003 and ensuing changes ("the Privacy Code" or "the Code"), which governs "The protection of individuals and of other subjects with regard to the processing of personal data", hereby informs you on the following: 1) Processing purposes Personal data, including sensitive data, under art. 4, paragraph 1 letter d) of the Code, provided or collected by the Law Firm, will be processed in accordance with the Code, following the principles of fairness, lawfulness and transparency, and of protection of your privacy and your rights, exclusively for the needs associated with the fulfillment of the professional requirements of the conferrer, in conformity with and in the scope of the activities carried out by the firm in the frame of the mandate conferred. 2) Processing procedures of personal data Processing may be carried out with the use of paper documents or with the use of electronic or automated means, and may consist in any operation or series of operations among those laid down in art.4, paragraph 1, letter d) of the Privacy Code. The data will be processed and kept within the terms established as compulsory by the Code and within the limits and for the methods specified by law. The data will be processed in accordance with the provisions in matters regarding security measures, with reference to art.33-36 of the Code and to the provisions of its Annex B. Processing will be carried out directly by the organization of the controller. 3) Nature of the conferment The conferment of data is compulsory if it aims to fulfill legal, statutory or regulatory requirements in general, and is optional in other cases. Failure to confer data will not entitle the Law Firm to comply with the law provisions in the cases in which it is deemed compulsory, while it may not allow the Law Firm to fully conduct the activities mentioned in the foregoing point 1, should the conferment be optional. 4) Subjects or categories of subjects to whom data can be communicated The data may, if deemed necessary, be communicated to other subjects exclusively for the needs associated with the fulfillment of the professional requirements of the conferrer, or to subjects to whom communication is required by law. 5) Dissemination of data Personal data is not subject to any form of dissemination, save for the forms of advertising provided for in our legislation. 6) Rights of the data subject in respect of the processing of personal data (art. 7) We also inform you that you may, at any time, exercise your rights under art.7 of the Code. 7) Controller of processing: The controller of processing is Mabo S.p.a., located in Telgate, Via del Lavoro 7/11 (BG) - Italy.
